Here are a few reminders to better help you enjoy your spa experience to the fullest. If you have any questions, please call or email us and we'll be sure to help you out.

new clients

Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your appointment. You will then have enough time to fill out paperwork and speak with your practitioner without it running into your service time.

large parties

A credit card is required to hold reservations for 2 or more new clients, or 3 or more existing clients. We will take your card information, and if you do not show up to your scheduled appointment, we will charge your card 50% of the total cost of the scheduled service for the entire group. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, please allow at least 24-hours notice to avoid being charged.


Gratuity is not included in our prices. It is left to each guest's discretion but a 10–25% gratuity is greatly appreciated.

late arrivals

We do our best to accommodate late arrivals. If you are only 5 minutes late, there should be no problem accommodating your full service. However, if you are more than 5 minutes past your appointment time, though we will try to give you your full service time it will be based on the availability within our schedule. If we are fully booked, we will unfortunately have to shorten your service time. Regardless, our policy is to charge for the full treatment price to cover our time and expenses. Please be sure to plan your trip with enough time to spare to avoid being late or missing your appointment time.

​no-show / cancellation

By booking, you authorize Renew Day Spa to charge a cancellation or no-show fee should you miss an appointment without notifying us or fail to cancel at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time.


A fee of 50% of scheduled services will be charged for a no-show. Late cancellation of less than 24 hours will result in a fee of 25%. Missed appointments must be settled before scheduling again.

Our goal is to always provide a wonderful experience for our guests, so please keep these policies in mind.
